I do collect model railroad equipment. I've always dreamed about building a layout, but at the moment, like most other dreams I have, that is still a work in progress.

Sounds like you have the skills to build a pretty nice truck yourself. Working 1/4 scale RC, should give you a great start on this smaller scale!

Ya I would like to build a truck, excavator, dozer etc some day, there are a lot of nice buils on here eh. But I have other projects to do first. I just wish I could use cad and I had a cnc machine. I have a bridgeport style mill/DRO & a lathe/DRO welder etc lots of eq.
Ya I am just gathering O scale trains & eq. for my layout when I buy a house with a huge basement hopfully next year eh. I have also built custom Harleys I have one for sale now. Where you at in WI.?
