Thought I would chime in now that I have worked a little on 3D cabs...

Ca glue works good. Seams Fillers will stick to it... Biggest issue I had was the 3d Cabs is that the surface texture is kind of rough. you can't just spay it if you want a smooth paint job. A standar primer will not smooth out the surface and sanding just makes the plastic fuzzy. With both 3d cabs I have painted I ended up using a high build automotive primer found at my local auto zone. 3 light coats, sand seen high spots smooth after each coat then add maybe one more, it takes all the little printed lines out . If your cab has spots where the lines are more noticeable you will have to sand those spots after every coat of high build primer. If you don't have detail body lines in that area you can spray it a little thicker in that area. After each coat,and good light sanding you will see the lines start to fade and the surface will feel smooth. The hi build claims you can remove scratches 1/8" thick. My cab was not that bad but it did need a few heavy coats on the rear wall..

Hi Trent what kind of CA glue did you use? Eastwood has a real good high build primer in bug booms cans it real thick I think it works great. Ed
