got some progress to report on the dump truck. thanks to 1985kenworth ( Dwayne) who posted pics of some air cleaner guards, I really liked the idea and thought I would add to this build. this truck is going to follow the look or theme Susans black pete. Black and chrome but a Kenworth. I think these will add a nice touch once the body is painted.
I think I have the size, lines and angle correct? please let me know what ya think

Thanks Big John. I think the guard turned out not bad and is close enough to capture the look I'm trying to capture.
