Thanks everybody!
 @SmallHaul: Yes, the patience is a "must" for this kind of works on manual machine. The hydraulic motors has needed a lot of study too. Hope with the new CNC components it works well and has a lot of torque!  Now some other photos of the machine. The arm painted with epoxy primer....       Is made by aluminium sheets of 3 and 1,5 millimeters brazed together, so is box-shaped.
