had a bit of playtime, have slowed the revs on the signal reversing card, sounds a little better, not revving its head off.

Great Equipment you have there!! I am just starting, so far i have the excavator like yours and the armageddon dump and my Loader like yours is on it's way. Think I will pull it apart and do the diff's right away. Is that Big dump truck manufactured by you or another outfit?

thanks, takes a while to get a fleet together.
and yes pull the axels and fit shims, also make sure all the bearings are there, mine had the bearings in the axel tube missing, standard tamyia bearing will do the job.
the dump truck , if your talking about the yellow rock truck, I scratch built it from scrap metal I rescued from the rubbish bin, I think there is a post on here under MY JUNK ROCK BUILD, has a hydraulic tipper and electric steering.
need to get some small rams, or make some when time allows for the steering.

heres a quick video of a bit of axel bashing on the loader, still going strong, must be 20 plus batteries and still no problems, cant say the same for the speaker connections, must be shorting on diff lock steel cable.
will fix on next days off.

cheers andy
