![]() ![]() ![]() So the test conveyor is coming along nice. original idea was a belt about 2.5" wide but quickly realized it's difficult to get a good curve or dish in the belt when it's so narrow. Didn't want to go too wide though and require more turning power and a stronger motor. Long story short, new belt width is approx 3 3/4" and much easier to work with. Here's a video of it running for the first time. Even without the rollers, the belt tracking is very decent already! I'm happy with the results so far ![]() http://youtu.be/51g-lSRkUIQ |
