Something to take note of:
For you guys coming in on Saturday morning, you may have to stand in line for a while to register and pay. I don't know if there are two lines; One for the general public, and one for exhibitors. I'm not 100% sure but you may be able to preregister by calling the people in charge. I have always been there either Thursday later in the afternoon when there is not as much commotion.

Looking the show website, it looks like anyone coming for just Saturday just has to be sure and be there at 8 AM to get in as participants ahead of the general public / spectator opening time of 9 AM....after 9 and I'd expect you'll be waiting in a bit of a line.
