CAD experience isn't the problem (Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Alibre, lots of experience). My problem is the time available in a day to do the work. I have a 3D printer with a large work volume so I would like to give this a shot. Just curious if you would consider releasing the STL's. I totally understand if you don't want to. Can't hurt to ask

I am amazed how well it has turnned out and you should be commended for an awesome result.

but for a reasonable price I would be interested in buying the stl files.
or would you consider printing another dozer to sell.

Awesome Jason!! Are you using the H800 or the 480? Afina filament or another brand?
Using software for the supports or adding them manually?
I'm also interested in the STL's for a reasonable price.

Thanks Jason, that's not bad as far as a kit would go, design and print, well thats a different story!

Yes, if i had a larger printer some parts would not need to be cut up, so would mean less parts, but the same amount of time. There are few things i would change in the design if i made another one. It was fairly time consuming for this one build...

A few more pics and vid of the full assembled running test with sound. Imagine you dont hear the air purge And excuse the slight shakiness of the video, I had clamped my phone to a 60" straight edge, and it wombled a bit as it was leaning against the table. I also need a little practice smoothing out my control.

I have some tweaking to do to the design, and am waiting on some new equipment. Once I get caught up, I'll def put some time into producing a few kits to sell for sure.

Lou, yes I'm pretty happy with the gear motors now. As you can see from the vid, the speed is perfect And I need to test a little bit more by adding some plate steal inside the chassis for weight but the motors will not stall while pushing an object heavier than the dozer itself. The tracks loose traction, but this was on concrete. Dirt will be diff but I think the tracks will still break loose if pushing something too heavy. Thanks for following.

Thank you, and sorry about that I never mentioned anything about that, or showed that the Servonaut SMT I'm using for sound is tucked up under the 2 Sabertooth 2x12 motor controllers. I printed a little organizer for the electronics to mount to, to keep things neat and the sound module can't be seen in the pics.

The sound isn't bad, actually sounds good in person due to the larger speaker and speakerbox I'm using. I had this SMT laying around, I'm curious to know what the new sounds on the new Servonaut modules sound like.. May have to place and order cause this SMT was actually supposed to be for my excavator.
