I see no issues other than having to have the trunion re positioned so that the trailer does not slope forward. I would think this would make the stock box trailer look alot better when coupled to the truck. Flat bed or tanker the full frame looks ok

also be carefull if you have fenders on the tractor. it will scratch them to ****
