The PRV, which controls the system pressure, might be set to high (if lines hooked up correctly.) If you got the Premacon pump it can deliver like 50 bar +...In a model one will be running 20-25 bar normally. You will need the pressure gauge to set the pressure correctly (in the case of a Premacon PRV, it might already be set correctly from the supplier, as it's an option to purchase a gauge, I'm not quite sure. A gauge is advisable anyway)
Another possibility is that you've put the pressure line hose on the PRV out-let point, not the inlet point...In that case oil will 'hit the wall' and PRV not be able to do it's job; hose bursting..(PRV is a 'one-way only' style vale')
