Mini truck and construction track on Long Island N.Y

I was trying my hardest to have the whole layout freight and construction but unfortunately there not enough Long Island Mini Truckers in the area to keep the lights on and etc.
So a 2/3rds of the space will have to be set aside for the more popular carpet racing such as drifting and touring car track. This will still leave a nice portion to create a non- compact freight and construction layout.
