Haha, that's what I looked like yesterday after sawing those planks!

I was doing some experimenting late yesterday in an effort to make ladders resembling those on the 1:1. It would be very difficult to mount such small pieces individually so I thought I would machine them out of one piece. This is the first attempt...





I decided that it might be worth a try to remove about half of the material holding the rungs together. I put the ladder back in the vice but at the end of my cut the cutter caught it...




I guess I will be making a jig to hold them tight before I try this again...
