Spent a bit of time trying to translate angles of model to angles on build truck. Long time fiddling with that, then just clamped some pieces together on truck and made sure angle of front bed is parallel to cab angle as that seems to be where eyes get attracted to. Maybe that freshman art class at college is finally paying off. Never quite understood about negative shapes and areas,,,, always looked at a beer can as round and not what shape it is blocking out!! Can't wait on this piece to see how I mess up with welding it!!! Lol!! Still trying to keep my welds hidden. Flat stuff is easy but inside corners don't look too pretty. Thanks for the info Ed, I'll be keeping all that stuff in mind and need to spend some time on test pieces!!!
