Other than the 4200 I've never had an issue with rc4wd as well. Think the heavy construction stuff is still out of their wheel house though. For all my emails and claims on this it has been very basic responses with the old "send a pic." Yes I get my part, but with no technical response or action that they may take to improve or correct in the future. I completely understand this a cheap "clone" entry level excavator in the realm of this hobby so I take most of this adventure with a grain of salt. Overall it's still not a bad rig for the price point, but I DO know i'm not the first or last customer that will have trouble with the 4200xl which is a bit disappointing.
