Still unsure if I'm going to be using a Tamiya, Shapeways or Wedico cab I have not bought any of them yet. I was trying to do some test fitting without out a cab which makes no sense at all but anyways... I moved my front axle one mounting hole in the spring pack and set the hood over the wheels. I mounted a stock Tamiya floorboard in the stock location. The hood is up against the floorboard and the grille is just slightly in front of the bumper mount. Can anybody tell me when you cut the hood of a King Hauler cab is the cut and the floorboard flush with each other or does the cab stick out past the floorboard?
I have been trying to use stock bolt hols and not do anymore drilling than necessary, (trying to keep things clean and simple) but looks like stock hole are probably not going to work. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Claus; 08-02-2016 at 04:03 PM. |
