i think i got it, 3mm between grille and hood, another 3mm behind bumper to push it forward, raised the cab the thickness of a 3mm nut, and trimmed 5 mm off the bottom of the fenders...
 love this angle, see how the grille is flush with the bumper now too...  also started on making some back covers for the true scale tank mounts and bumpers, but broke my 2mm bit, so only got 4 holed drilled and tapped, can see it in the background on the rear tank mount

thanks for the compliments, this one is on hold for a bit, trying to get some work done on the blue griffin scania so i can paint when the weather gets warm
hadn't thought about a trailer, but a lowboy would seem to fit the theme... lol
