Hello,
My name is Ruud, i am Dutch but i am living in Barcelona Spain. I have been longing after a truck for a long time and finally ordered myself a Grand Hauler (after much going back and forth between a Grand Hauler, Globe Liner and King hauler) complete with MFC, bearings etc. I am really looking forward to build it and recon I will have some questions or need for advice along the way! I want to make it with a good scale speed motor, thinking of a 55T but not sure what is recommended? Ruud |

Cheers! I thought I already saw all the RC trucks videos on Youtube but apparently not!
That steering and engine with single speed looks very scale! Anybody any recommendation on what engine to swap for the standard 540 can? Do people normally keep the Tamiya 3 speed gearbox? Ruud |

Lots of folks keep the tamiya 3 speed with 540 motor and just install a 4:1 reduction transmission. With the reducer you can basically just use 2nd gear as it's all you really need.
