Joe that is great to be reconized by both of them. Cat is very hard to get licensed by. The 10% is the usual take, but for the other Co. to want 20% is rather high. You do GREAT work!

Why can't you just modify change the body and do some modification to the tracks andmake your own model and call it the dirtpuser special.

I think they look a lot better when they resemble the real thing.

I got this thing working except that the crowd want's to move first then the apron do to path of least resistence.(they work off the same valve) So it will cause problems loading and unloading but I have one idea to try tomorrow if that don't work I don't know what to do short of puting another valve in but it wouldn't be proportional. Any ideas?

looks sweet Joe , Now get some dirt in it . Off the top of my head , restrict the flow to the apron . If that makes sense

Joe that looks great and as far as your problem how about a valve in the with a servo to cut off or reduce the flow, it will go to the least resistance. Ed

On the cable scrapers I've run you pull on the lever and the door opens and then the ejector pushes forward. Then when you push the lever away the ejector moves fast to the rear before the door closes. You may need to put a needle valve that meters in one direction and free flows the opposite. So you may need two to dial in both functions. I have a small 4-1/4CY Soil Mover scraper that has a valve body in the lines to regulate the flows.
