You might be able to get lens made from Lynn (TC1cat, I'm not sure of his screen name but think this is correct) but he is listed on the vendors page.

Correct that’s the RC4WD lowboy trailer. The gooseneck is still manual for now but RC-Welt is working on a automatic one that they plan on selling. Here’s a video of it in action
