I did the old "bait and switch" to myself! It was the low price of the monoprice select mini that got me thinking about printers again and then I decided to research things a bit more and decided to splurge and I ordered a Prusa mk3.

the mini was fun, just not big enough, the monoprice select plus has been good so far and a pretty good deal at like 300 bucks, and i think it's an i3 clone, although nowhere near as fast or as high resolution
