Wow, guess there is a calendar.
I'm not sure if Izzy has the Jan 2020 meet scheduled with 4H. It's been in a smaller climate controlled room with a driver fee, since it's all on us. Will the January 2020 meet be posted in the central planes section?
I'll see if I can remember how I got the photos to post from Google and I'll post it up. I don't remember it being as difficult as the articles you found indicated.

That's better, i had been only seeing a hyperlink that sends me to a grey screen with a circled minus.
Throw some 'img' tags on that url. Hmm, maybe you should shrink the output size a little.  It should be posted either there or in general. Last year was like Jan 25-27.
