by golly i think we got it right!
for your top servo mount, does it bend down then go to a standoff and bolt to the floor? Also how is the angle aluminum mounted at the floor?

The top mount is only attached at the rear. The bottom angle aluminum has a threaded hole and has one screw coming up from the bottom, towards the front. I made the assembly like a "wedge" and the two mounting points just secure the assembly. Remember that all of the drums only pull in one direction...
