I was wondering how the wood would take the strain of grading when the model went to work, now with the class cloth to add to its strength it should do well, I look forward to seeing it do its first cut.
Did you use fine weave or a silk when covering? & did you use glass reason or an instant glue to bond it on with?

Tim, i used fine-weave cloth and CA. I also used gap-filler CA. There is also a lite-filler called balsa Rite. I use that after the first or second sanding to get low places or maybe where i sanded thru the cloth.
