soon to get hit with a BFH pre dates PC Centurion IV by milltronics no longer supported there's more then that wrong with it . I think this POS is getting yanked out by next weekend hopefully when the newer 1 comes and just figure how to do it with the smaller table this deffinately needs a new control any one need a boat anchor !! Cheap!!!!!

LOL you mean a one time use boat anchor.

There are documented problems with this contoler atfter conversion to single phase. The inverter is not able to handle the change well, causes jumpping and HS travel when you try to use grid function.

Try swapping Z and X cards and see if the problem occures on the Z. This should help isoulate the problem.

Sometimes the floresent lighting also interfers with the siginal.

These are just some of the results found.

Personally I would put a xylotech drive on it. I am running this on my router with 406 inoz steepers at 1/8 steps with good results.

I can run it in jog with no problems It just starts to f up in hand wheel mod or running programs It can't even run a simple program out of the manual all was going OK till after lunch I guess it wanted a lunch break to It's coming out of the shop by this week end making room for the VMC and lathe I just had it with it my uncle said He sees this all the time people buy these 20+ year old machines thinking they got a deal . 10 K will get me a new control from mm and last anther 20 + but I don't have the time to refit right now and I want to get these things done for these ppl .

As you all know I got a newer mill AND at long last I'm getting this frame cut out It's nice to work in you sleep for a change well the machine does

OK inside profile is done on phase 1 next stringer holes and outside profile tomorrow then they're ready to be flipped over to do the 2nd phase of course I threw some parts for my mack M75SX build in the process
