Yes you did over look some thing. You have 2 2cell batteries and you just hooked a 2cell lipo stop to 4 cells.

Ok guys I really appreciate your help! I'm going to buy a 4c smart stop. The reason i went with the 2c originally is because on another forum someone mention the batteries being wired separately so just one 2c would work, ill replace it with the 4c and let you guys know the verdict.
