Some pics of what i have done so far

The first 2 shots is the fan blades i made from sheet styrene





The next three show the finished blade







This shot is the ring i made to hide wire mesh that will be on top




These 2 shots are just to show ring placement

Thank you, i am gonna try to do a Bug screen after i get the ac done. It was a %$#^&#@ pain to make but i like to challenge myself.

Here's an update of what i have so far.

Finished ac coil in hand:








This solid wire here will be my ac lines, gonna put heat shrink on it for wire to give it that insulated look,




This little wire here i coiled up to make a wire protector so the electric wont rub on cab



This wire i twisted will be my electric for the fan (fan wont run but just gotta have it)




I all ready got my holes predrilled for ac lines and such and here is what it looks like so far gotta take off headache rack to do it will probally start that tomorrow

Mike that a/c unit is cool....I love the detail!
Your driver will enjoy the cold air,it's been HOT here in Texas.
