This is everyone who has responded, I think from now on, I will just pay the extra for UPS.
Like I said, i've never had a problem with them. I remember years ago, I was playing the drums in different bands. UPS showed up with a set chimes I bought for my drum kit. When the driver handed me the box and it was making some noise like something had shatterd like glass. And he was kind enough to tell me I could put a damage claim on it. I told him what it was, and he just smiled. Anyhoo, I thought it was very kind of him. I did receive my fenders from John yesterday, but I will do things safer in the future
