I guess it's possible John. I can tell from the vids that the mini Mack builder is certainly trying to get it certified, not sure if he ever did though, and in the vid for the COE cab sitting on a pick up chassis, the guy speaking over the video mentioned the tag on the window stated that it was still certified as a big rig and not a pick up, much to his surprise.
