This is incorrect, the duals on the 1466 and 1468 Precision tractors are held on by brass or plastic colletes. You need to remove the center of the dual then drive the collet off of the axle with a small punch. They usually won't come off just by pulling, that's all I'm saying. If they have the brass collets they are usually very tight.
