When it´s new it should look like coming from factory, but that will be ruined after first dozing I guess. I´m not afraid of using it, the machine will be used in gardening work as first asignment.

Here´s the hub reduction put together




All parts except the big gear (custom made by HPC gears) holding the inner gear ring is from Warn winch. I´m using the 3rd step and winch capacity is much higher than torque from hydraulic motor


I´m happy how the tracks and hub finaly turned out. The 5 segments (not painted yet) will simulate how the drive sprocket is made in 1:1. Of course will all bolts be painted when finished. Runned out of the M4 with smaller heads.
