Great job on the grapple and the skidder itself. Have you checked with any machine shops to see if they could make a mini rotator for it? No clue what they might charge for that, but it's an option if you really want it to be able to spin full 360.

Another option might be to use those linear actuators for the grapple cylinders and an electrical slip ring instead of hydraulic.

Were would I get a electrical slip ring. I had run this through my mind but not sure how to make the actuator operate in two directions?

I love to have someone machine me a knuckle/swivel.
