I would say styrene is the easiest to work with

Thanks guys. Looks like Styrene and vacuum forming are the top two answers. Has anyone here on the forum ever tried this and with what success. Thickness of material IE .060 or thinner, and what's the maximum depth of draw you can achieve. These are all questions that I wasn't able to find answers for.
