Default pete hood wedge

how do you guys make the wedges that go on the side of the pete hood that fills in the gap between the fender and hood side.. I know using styrene but what size thickness etc.
any help appreciated.. Dave

I combined two sizes, I believe I used .15 and .60 mm and sanded the wedges to shape.

I cheated and just cut out the spot where the wedge is supposed to be and glued in the new thicker piece at an angle.
