Given its covered body, maybe a Tamiya chassis would fit? A motor with a high reduction gearhead hooked directly to the driveshaft/diffs to keep a low profile chassis.

Kent,
That looks exactly like the one I found a few months ago! Mine does not have the extra center boom section. I have not studied it too much yet and I'm sure when I convert mine I'll start with the crane and save the drivetrain for stage two. I'll be very happy to let you lead this conversion!  Please take lots of good pictures and provide detail so I can coast when I do mine!  Jim
