Multiple recievers are supported by Spektrum... In the same model on the tx.

Mapping a control/surface to an output channel(or two) is also supported by spektrum in the same model on the tx.

Mapping throttle to channel 1 in reciever 1, and swing(rudder) to channel 1 on reciever 2 in the same model on the tx is not supported by Spektrum, some others can do this... But you only need it in very specific circumstances...
