The front suspension are leaf springs. For this monster no springs are buyable.

First step are the holders for them.

Aluminium 25x10mm

these tapes are easy cutable with a manual metal shear


drilling is more challanging, but at least its done


Bending and preforming was easy with heat. Spring steel losts his tension and you can form the eyes simple with pliers.

Preforming needs a support with screws in the right distance.



heat up and when its hot enough you can see the lost of thetension . after cool down the spring holds this form but is still springy.

with more progress on the cabin, some leafs will added.
