Yes I made the rails. Cut from "L" channel and tapered at the front for the landing legs and king pin plate.

King bob..
I used a solid sheet of aluminum cut it on a shear brake at work. I used thin wall "L" strips for the sides and ends. Tamiya axel, springs, legs, and crossmembers were also used From my stock flat bed kit I had. The deck is solod bass wood. I was going to use strips but the abuse I will put it thru I think this will be better for me. I plan to add lights soon.

It's about 49' to be exact. I plan to make another one but as a spred axel.

Thanks for looking.

Ah Ha! I knew it was long. I'm just joking. 1 scale foot is nothing to worry about. The Globeliner does play tricks on the eyes, being a shorter truck. A trailer just like that, in a spread axle configuration will be cool. Looking forward to seeing that develope!

needs a third axel but thats just the way us aussies buikd them as for the lights i used the 3mm holes that you would have used on the stock flat bed to put on the uprights and you hide the wiring under the floor just in case you were wondering how to do it lol
