I am a big fan of setups like that . Since my very first trip to Indy in 2005 ,
I been doing the warehouse scenes at the Indy truck show .
http://www.customrcmodels.com/Events/id45.htm
because of limited space I just used a plate , some blocks underneath and from my tank accessories I used the 4 burned out houses as corner pieces .
In 2006 I incorporated my modified G-scale train stuff in to it ,
and in 2007 we had 2 warehouse setups ( the blue one build by Scott ) plus the train stuff . http://www.customrcmodels.com/Events..._indy_2007.htm
and this here was in 2007 ( prior the Indy show ) in my backyard :

since 2008 I have a simple warehouse-platform with concrete plates in front of my garage : http://www.customrcmodels.com/Events...a_may_2008.htm
because of limited space I stuck to my plate with accessories for a warehouse setup in Indy : http://www.customrcmodels.com/Events..._indy_2008.htm
in 2009 Scott didn't bring his warehouse anymore but Blueshirt had made a dock which incorporated nicely in my setup : http://www.customrcmodels.com/Events...9_trucking.htm
which we used also in 2010 and 2011:
http://www.customrcmodels.com/Events2011/
then last year we had even 2x loading docks to add to my platform , since Izzy also made a loading dock . http://www.rctruckandconstruction.co...0&postcount=43

I did ask Izzy if he is gone bring it this year again , but he replied " only if it doesn't rain ".
I always wanted to make myself a more detailed warehouse setup , by using walls from my G-scale industrial train buildings .
I always bring way to much stuff to Indy , therefore even a portable setup like yours , would be still to big for my purpose .

Long story short , I was planning to bring a few more boards for a larger ware-house-scene , in case Izzy and Blueshirt are not bringing there docks .
Now Ric told me yesterday you are working on a nice setup ,
which indeed is a very nice setup , I love it ,
but he also told me that you would bring it to Indy this year ?
and that I wouldn't have to worry about the warehouse stuff , I just should bring my trucks and loading material .
Ok sounds good I will bring it.
