gear motor or 360 servo?

o got a good deal on a bruder cat track loader (the big one) the other day
and i'm going to convert it. but for the drive should i use gear motors or
360-ed servo's i want power not really into speed, but i want it to not take a year to get to the dump truck. any ideas? has anyone converted on of these bruders before?
