No complains on the radio, easy to set up and feels sturdy. I really like those side levers, that I use to lift left and right side of the blade on the grader.
Sounds like you've had some stick time on the grader, where's the videos?! :D

I still have some electronic updates to do. Also while setting up the radio, I found a leak on the blade side shift cylinder hose. I most likely have to change the hole hose, and of course, that's the most hardest one change.

More parts for the ripper
Are you using sheet metal option in Fusion 360 to design these parts?

This project is nuts, it just keeps getting more awesome!
Plus that's some pretty sweet looking low profile Tig work.
I've got to second Lil Giants question. Videos?

I got the ripper teeth holders done and welded. I also started to make the teeth bodies, the tooth tip is a separate piece.

Beautiful work as always. Are you using a filler wire on your welds or just doing a series of spot welds?

Those are all spot welds.

I thought so but wanted to make sure. I want one of those pulse tig welders so bad I can't hardly stand it. Keep up the amazing work.

Them lil boogers are EXPENSIVE! Around $8,000.oo U.S.D. for the one that is capable of welding any & ALL types of metals! There are cheaper options that will ONLY work on steel.

It looks more like $3,000 total to me, unless you're seeing some needed accessory I've missed, but I checked the website... it's about 2,500€ for the unit, magnifying shield, regulator, and shipping to the US. You should skip the regulator and buy one in the US, as I believe the bottle threads would be different.

It's slightly over 12kg (26,5 lbs), without battery and the ripper. I think they will add about 1kg.

Hi Ari,
A very Impressive built. Chapeau!
A grader looks like a very funny future project for me.
If I‘ve count correct, you need 10 hydraulic channels to operate it?
Where do you get detailed plans for the sizes etc?
