is that polished aluminum ?? and did you polish it yourself... it looks fantastic...

Thanks! Yes its aluminum and I did polish it my self! I was very tired afterwards, lol

That is really nice. I especially like the air brake system you put in. Some details you just don't see on most trailers.

How did you do the pattern on the sides and the rear doors? The sides look like they are ribbed? The quilted/diamond pattern is a great detail to match the 1:1s.

It looks like a similar technique to what Karl Fischer used on his interior panels. He used a a bead roller. He's got a video about it on YouTube, look for "Make It Kustom". Same idea, just a smaller scale?

the rear doors I tape off the lines and scored with a razor blade knife. The side are made with a bead roller.

When you say scored, did you actually cut into the metal, or did you use a dull blade to emboss it from the back side?
