Congrats on the king hauler ! Santa made you wait long enough. Lol . Now you just need to take it all apart and stretch the frame and get some S&P fenders for the front and rear and stacks and the list just keeps going ! Be sure and post lots of pic. For us

thanks guys,
yes the pipes are coming, yes on the single head light. no on the fenders, just going to fix these ones. i like the looks of these fenders and tall tires. yes on the stretched frame. no on the rig rat, needed the measurements of the frame and rear diff to get the frame set up for rat.
on the gl or kh, it was a hard choice yes! thought of the globe and put a huge drome box on like the rig my dad had many years ago. but the king hauler was easier to get here so they made my choice for me.
and yes it is an awesome feeling to have her here, thank you.

its funny this came up, i did some work on mine tonight and i had to raise my 5th wheel too!
i just put apiece of .080 (i think) between the plate and the bed.
a raised 5th wheel is very common on flatbed trucks and heavy haul, i know alot of east multi axle trailers require it.
Nice build btw! like the black pipes!

SWAGGER
05-28-2012, 07:50 PM
Well hippy I thought you couldn't use an MFU with digi trims until recently. Seems quite a few people have done it. If your radio is programmable you can have a trim give you full left or full right with the throw of a switch. Pretty sure guys have used DX7's, Spectrum seem to be very popular at the moment. You should be fine either way. I think the Servonaut solution is a but more expensive, but from all of the youtube vids I have watched, I deffo prefer the sounds from the Servonout sound module, more realistic. Love the turbo whistle.

awe see now i feel bad. i should have posted i was going way before i went. we could have picked you up. dam man sorry. was good time! they all paid more attention to us. but the organizer was talking to my brother that he would love to put up a tent for us, so the bigger rig guys could have scaled down truck rodeos. so we will see want we can do for next august.

No worries man! My truck still hasn't had anything done to it but is still Runable and stuff. Can't wait till winter to start building into it and if you go next year(hopefully :D) we can meet up and cruise around. http://i1248.photobucket.com/albums/hh486/OUTLAW_W900A/255500_10201258449446748_483924282_n_zps02378b03.j pg

good day eh! yes we were the guys playing at the big rig show in Red Deer. thank you very much, been a year and a half since i got mine and still have more to go. we got our trucks at a local hobby shop here in Edmonton. at hobby wholesale. they sell three kits, the king hauler, knight hauler and the globe-liner. the globe is a cab-over version of the international truck. as for the help, ABSOLUTELY, YOU BET! anything i can do to help not a problem. shoot me a pm and i will send you my info to talk.
thanks again.
