Yes, I built my cyls too Kalle.
 I used lots of white Lithium grease installing the o-rings with a precise curved pic. I got spares too.Seems odd though that they might fail already, I pretty sure I'm well under 100hrs and I changed oil at about 30hrs...  The brass tubing on mine is quite a bit different than yours (they did that).
