Those are great links Neil. I may try one of those beds the next time I make something for "stock".

I welded up the ladder this afternoon... I cheated and used mild steel.

Soooo much easier! I have made ladders out of aluminum welding rod before...that's why I made a special trip to buy 1/8 steel!lol
