I've had nothing but poor service from them during my now 10 years of being their customer. I'm very picky with what I buy from them now. Sorry you've had poor service as well. I know it's really frustrating.
Do you think there's a fix possible to prevent this from happening again? |

hi all.
yes a easy fix would be to get a bigger bearing or a shim kit to take the play out of the fitting, I have added very thin alloy strip to my front diff and seems ok, will do the same to the rear when I get the diff of rc4wd. I think the only reason they replyed to my email in the end was getting the pictures of it sitting without the back axle on there face book page and asking why they would not answer emails from me. had a couple of emails back from the rc mags I wrote too and they were getting intouch with rc4wd on my behalf. so hopefully we will get this sorted and back running. all the best dave |
