Hopefully that is all anyone pays. Near as I know there shouldn't be duty on toy car parts but they could stick you with State/Federal tax on the items value. I always ship smaller, less valuable items(under $1000CAD) through the postal service as they don't charge a "fee" like UPS but you still could get charged tax. In order to ship the trailers with insurance they have to go using a courier.
