A little progress here: i finally finished designing the whole drivetrain, and will go for producing the gears/axles. There are a total of 40 gears, and 10 different shape. Here are some pics of the drivetrain:

The prototype of the tire is done, and will serve as master for the final tire mold (sorry for my english, sometime i feel unable to express myself), here are some pics of it:
