Waiting to hear from the powder coaters and hopefully get this issue worked out.

Like I said, I understand. I've picked stuff up a few times only to start assembling it and notice something unacceptable. It will be interesting to hear their thoughts. When my stuff has had a bad spot they have sanded and re-coated the parts. I don't see that being a solution here. The coating can be chemically stripped as well but that may ruin your polishing?

Reg if you ever build me another project remind me not to get it polished...
