Not that I have any deep knowledge of chineese laws..
Just imagined that they could 'get away with' a exact unlicensed model, but just brand it 'Heavy') But again, no real issue that they have chosen to be a bit creative with some mixing, I'll easily forgive them considering the nice price level)
