Thanks for asking Zabco No it's not. I put King Hauler rims in Chlorine and got rid of the Chrome. Skeeter You Nailed that one It's leftover PVC schedule 40 i think the name is. No need to cut down rear rims to get what i want...........The fleet is running white spinners anyway ![]() I'm working to document how to do this...........or should i say how i do it. I hope i can geterdone tonight. Anyway Picture is coming soon to your screen. |

Thanks for reply, I asked because the lighting in your photo made the hubs look alot like some rims I tried 3d printing some time ago. Was going to ask you how much effort it was to smooth them out as much as it appeared you had. I really like your idea though of mixing the hub portion of a standard wheel with the machined pvc. I think I'm going to try that just using 3D printed hubs. If nothing else will save a lot of support material and make cleanup much easier.

Short update of the fix for the broken trailer axle.
I've got some time to make the sleeve for all trailer axles that use std.axle. From now on i go full metal axles. How do you like the little chop saw? Is that one of the Micro-Mark ones? I've got a project I'm planning that is going to call for a ton of brass cutting and I'm thinking of getting one.
